The building capacity of the Denver Press Club is 230 people. The main floor serves 80 guests; upstairs ballroom serves 130 guests.
Banquet seating upstairs accommodates 90 to 110 guests.
The main floor of the DPC houses much of the Club history with archival photos of distinguished guests, samples of ancient writing machines and printing hardware (typewriters and samples of early printing techniques).
The Press Club's rooms are designated to honor poets, Pulitzer Prize winners and legendary drinkers. There is a fireplace, full service bar, full kitchen for catering, special parties and the Club's weekly dinner buffets (offered Wednesday, Thursday & Friday). The main floor lounge has a sound system with video hookup to our full screen satellite television. It is a great party space!
There are commercial parking lots on both sides of the Denver Press Club. We are in the middle of the historic district of Downtown Denver, close to light rail, the 16th Street Mall and we are centrally located to Downtown Denver hotels. We are close to the Pepsi Center, Elitch's and the Denver Aquarium.
